Role Impact
The Mobile IT Technical Analyst implements and maintains standards for Point-of-Sale (POS) and consumer-facing commerce technologies. This role configures and optimizes POS solutions to support diverse business requirements, accurate data analysis, and successful client openings. The position partners with onsite client and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable technology implementations with clear documentation and minimal disruption.
Requirements:
- POS platform experience
- POS hardware configuration
- Hospitality technology experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain standards for POS and consumer-facing commerce technologies.
- Configure POS hardware and menus according to client requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities to meet project timelines.
- Participate in project team assembly and implementation planning.
- Deliver technical and functional training for clients.
- Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
