SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant ? CO-PA Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Cost Management and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, primarily within the Controlling (CO) module, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to cost management and profitability reporting
  
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, with a focus on Controlling (CO) components
  
• Implement and support key processes including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  
• Collaborate with Finance teams to optimize cost allocation, reporting, and financial planning processes
  
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
  
• Provide functional expertise during S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
  
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities related to CO modules
  
• Work with cross-functional teams including FI, MM, SD, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, and provide post-go-live support
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, particularly in Controlling (CO)
  
• Hands-on expertise in:
  
• Cost Center Accounting
  
• Product Costing / Cost Management
  
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  
• Good understanding of integration with FI and other SAP modules
  
• Experience in configuration and business process mapping
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects
  
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) processes
  
• Exposure to SAP Fiori and reporting tools
  
• Understanding of data migration tools and methodologies
  

Experience:

• 6?8 years of relevant SAP experience, with at least one S/4HANA project
