Lead end-to-end delivery of a Workers Compensation Policy Administration and Billing implementation for commercial P&C carriers. Serve as the single accountable delivery owner and primary client contact, responsible for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes from discovery through go-live. Lead cross-functional SI and client teams to deliver a production-ready, regulatory-compliant solution.
Key Requirements
10+ years leading large-scale software implementations (regulated environments preferred)
5+ years delivering Commercial P&C solutions with strong Workers Compensation experience
Proven SI-led PAS implementation experience from discovery to go-live
Expertise in planning, estimation, risk, dependencies, and change control
Experience with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models
Hands-on experience with PAS platforms (policy, billing, integrations, reporting)
Strong executive-level communication and client management skills

What You ll Do
Own delivery, SOW, financials, and integrated plan
Lead discovery, phased delivery, governance, and execution
Manage risks, dependencies, releases, and quality gates
Lead data migration, mock conversions, and production cutover
Act as executive client lead and run steering committees
