Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain production-quality prompts, Gemini Gems, NotebookLMs, Appian AI workflows, for production-grade use internally at the company.

  • Establish an evaluation framework to ensure reliability and compare model performance for business tasks.
  • Own, version, and organize the internal repository for employee self-service prompts, ensuring all shipped tools are documented and discoverable.
  • Serve as the resident expert on Google Gemini, Amazon Kiro, and what's on the horizon for AI technologies-you'll stay ahead of the feature curve for the organization.
  • Collaborating with IT and Information Security to red-team tools and ensure all prompts follow data-handling and protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with modern LLMs and shipping AI agents in real-world applications, or equivalent experiences in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Subject-matter-expertise of Google Gemini ecosystem, Amazon Kiro, and other industry-standard tools. Direct experience with prompting and building automation workflows.
  • Comfort with scripting to wire data sources and automate workflow components. Strong technical aptitude to understand integrating varying systems into AI solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in communicating technical concepts to less technical audiences.
