  • Manage contract workflows using contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad, Conga, or DocuSign CLM
  • Coordinate approvals across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations
  • Monitor and resolve workflow bottlenecks that could delay customer transactions
  • Ensure pricing, contract details, approvals, and documentation remain accurate throughout the sales process

Sales & Customer Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for transactional sales questions from internal teams and customers
  • Support contract, billing, pricing, renewal, and order management inquiries
  • Coordinate trial provisioning, customer onboarding activities, and account updates
  • Resolve billing and contract issues by partnering with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity data within Salesforce

Process Improvement

  • Document repeatable workflows and operational best practices
  • Create and maintain process documentation and internal playbooks
  • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Finance to improve efficiency across the quote-to-cash lifecycle

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar commercial operations role
  • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software sales organizations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or comparable quote management platforms
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems such as Ironclad, Conga, or DocuSign CLM
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, contract execution, and enterprise sales workflows
  • Experience coordinating across Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority transactions simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through

Preferred

  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise commercial sales teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise contracts including MSAs, order forms, renewals, amendments, and net payment terms
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organizations
  • Comfortable working in Slack-first, highly collaborative environments
  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and enterprise software

Why You''ll Love This Opportunity

  • Join one of the fastest-growing organizations in enterprise AI
  • Support a high-performing commercial sales team
  • Work alongside Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal leaders
  • Competitive hourly compensation
  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a rapidly scaling business
  • Potential for contract extension based on business needs
