Our client is looking for a strategic leader to spearhead the design and implementation of global software solutions tailored for Manufacturing Enterprise Systems (MES). This pivotal role ensures the seamless availability of infrastructure capabilities, provides technical governance, and leads a skilled team of architects and developers.

• Collaborate with business leaders and the global software engineering team to plan budgets and prioritize solution requests.
• Lead a team of 5-15 architects and developers, focusing on goal planning, performance assessments, and career growth.
• Oversee project execution and technology governance, ensuring compliance with IT processes and industry best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with global business stakeholders and executive leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, with 3-6 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including C# and SQL Server.
• Experience with AI concepts, Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in business analysis, project management, and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Travel Requirement: 5% - 10%
