Workplace Technologies Manager

Primary Location: Chicago, Illinois

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring Workplace Technologies Manager our premier client in Chicago, Illinois.

Hybrid roles in Chicago and we can do C2C. H1b, GC.USC

Education and Experience

Seven (7) years of experience supporting workplace technologies services
Five (5) years of experience managing IT support, systems, processes, and vendors
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Three (3) years of experience managing or supervising Education: Bachelors degree in Health Informatics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; a Masters degree is often preferred.
Experience supporting workplace technology services in a large healthcare system
Experience in defining, measuring, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators
Experience with vendor management, including success in conducting RFPs and vendor service transitions
Experience in assessing and mitigating risks associated with workplace technology services
Experience in leading technology change and deployments
Experience managing or supervising personnel working under a collective bargaining agreement

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven financial management skills, including operational budget tasks
Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools
Strong working knowledge of IT workplace technology services
Experience with implementing and managing ITIL processes, including knowledge, incident, change, service request, problem management, configuration management, release management, capacity management, and major incident management

Job Responsibilities:

Soft Skills: High-level problem-solving, communication (translating technical concepts for non-technical staff), and adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of staff and a patient population composed of diverse cultures and age groups
Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and precision
Demonstrate analytical and organizational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict management/resolutions skills
Demonstrated leadership, coaching and personnel development skills as well as the ability to motivate employees in a team-oriented environment.
