With their Head Office located just off the i-25 in the North side of the Denver Metro Area, this organization is one of the premier Colorado General Contractors.
Your New RoleAs a Senior Project Engineer - you will be working on a wide range of builds across Denver and providing support to the Project Manager & Superintendents in a range of areas. This includes but is not limited to - aiding in the Planning & Design, Quality, Contractual Elements, and Stakeholder Management etc
It is a wide-ranging role that will require you to spin multiple plates - however, it will give you great end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects that will greatly benefit you as you grow into a full Project Manager or Superintendent, depending on which route you would prefer to go.
What you'll need to succeed- Prior experience in the Construction Field - ideally within the Project portfolio listed above
- An Engineering/Construction Degree would be extremely desirable
- 1-4 Years experience at a GC
- Basic level understanding of Commercial Construction (RFIs etc)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- An ambition to grow into a full Project Manager or Superintendent
- System = Procore experience is highly desirable
What you'll get in return- $75,000 - $95,000
- Up to 7% Bonus Scheme
