Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OutSystems Support Engineer to provide technical support and administration for the OutSystems platform supporting multiple enterprise applications and active development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, troubleshooting issues, coordinating deployments and upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional project teams to maintain a healthy and high-performing environment.
This role requires strong expertise in OutSystems platform support, SQL, troubleshooting, and platform administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute application deployments and environment configurations
- Triage, investigate, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Monitor application logs and analyze runtime errors
- Troubleshoot and debug platform and application issues
- Coordinate and perform OutSystems platform upgrades
- Monitor server resources and overall environment health
- Monitor AI Mentor Studio and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices
- Collaborate with multiple project teams across different business domains
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for platform stability and performance
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in OutSystems 11 development and platform support
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting
- Experience performing OutSystems platform upgrades and environment management
- Experience monitoring logs, troubleshooting runtime issues, and debugging applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple project teams
- Understanding of OutSystems best practices, deployments, and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale OutSystems environments
- Familiarity with AI Mentor Studio monitoring and issue resolution
- Experience with CI/CD processes and release management
- Knowledge of server monitoring and infrastructure support
