Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in managing large-scale organizational transformation programs.
Proficiency in PMO methodologies and strategic project governance frameworks.
Experience with Commercial Excellence initiatives including sales practices and account management.
Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and pricing optimization projects.
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing or industrial sector business processes.
Experience in CRM-driven transformation and customer service excellence models.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide transformation activities across multiple organizational workstreams.
Establish and manage PMO structures to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Direct commercial projects focused on sales productivity and pricing strategy enhancements.
Coordinate Go-To-Market initiatives to improve market positioning and revenue growth.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment for complex sales and account management transitions.
Monitor program risks and performance metrics within an industrial manufacturing context.
Analyze customer service workflows to implement operational excellence standards.
