Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion/Cloud SCM. The consultant will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SCM modules, support testing, and deliver functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle SCM processes.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion/Cloud SCM modules.
- Work on Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution designs.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployments.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations and data migration.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional Consulting.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Hands-on experience in one or more SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Preferred:
- Oracle SCM Cloud/Fusion certifications.
- Experience with Oracle integrations, APIs, and data migration.
- Experience in large enterprise implementations.
