This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, security teams, and engineering, ensuring structured, predictable project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

The TPM will drive IAM-related programs including identity governance, access management, and platform integrations, with a strong emphasis on waterfall-based delivery methodologies supported by disciplined planning, documentation, and execution.

  • Drive structured, waterfall-based project delivery, ensuring clear upfront scope definition, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, application teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
  • Translate business and security requirements into detailed technical project plans and execution strategies
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to delivery timelines
  • Oversee identity lifecycle initiatives including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access controls, and governance processes
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reporting, and executive-level dashboards
  • Ensure alignment with security and compliance frameworks, supporting audit readiness and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in IAM project delivery processes, governance standards, and operational efficiency
  • Accountable for successful delivery of projects aligned to defined business and security KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a strong focus on technical and security-related initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering IAM or cybersecurity projects in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on or functional knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, or similar identity platforms
  • Strong experience with waterfall or predictive project management methodologies (Agile exposure a plus but not primary)
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts including:
    • Identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver)
    • Access provisioning and de-provisioning
    • Role-based access control (RBAC)
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Experience working with infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) in support of IAM integrations
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
  • Strong risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading SailPoint (IGA) or Okta (Access Management/SSO) implementations or enhancements
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience working within regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
  • Background in cybersecurity, IT governance, or audit/compliance programs
Key Competencies
  • Structured and disciplined project execution (waterfall-focused)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into business-friendly outcomes
  • Risk identification and mitigation mindset
  • Continuous improvement and process optimization
