Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in People Analytics and HR data strategy.
Proficiency in UKG HRIS reporting tools and data architecture.
Experience with Power BI for advanced data visualization and dashboarding.
Experience in ETL processes and data warehouse integration for HR systems.
Experience with workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent metrics.
Experience in data normalization and HR information security governance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and own the end-to-end people analytics function from the ground up.
Perform ETL operations to transform and load data into the data warehouse.
Design executive-level Power BI dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Consolidate data from multiple HR systems to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with leadership to define operational and strategic reporting requirements.
Implement data governance policies and enforce security access controls.
Translate raw HR data into operational insights for business stakeholders.
