This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including the origination, structuring, and execution of a variety of real estate finance transactions.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in a variety of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate finance documents such as loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgages, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence
4. Provide legal advice to clients on real estate finance matters, including loan structuring, loan enforcement, and workouts.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to real estate finance, and advise clients accordingly.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and work diligently to meet their legal needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. 2-5 years of experience in real estate finance, preferably in a law firm setting.
4. Extensive knowledge of real estate finance law and related matters.
5. Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents.
6. Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9. High level of professionalism and commitment to client service.
