Summary
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve outgoing lab interface errors and incoming results interface issues.
- Respond to team emails and manage help desk tickets assigned to the Beaker team.
- Assist with new lab test requests, collaborating with the ambulatory team as necessary.
- Work on optimization change requests and smaller initiatives focused on system maintenance.
- Coordinate with lab operations teams to ensure seamless interface functionality.
- 2-3 years of experience in Epic Beaker build, specifically in Clinical Pathology and/or Anatomic Pathology.
- Strong background in healthcare IT and systems analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities within a team setting.
- Experience in lab operations or related fields.
- Familiarity with monitoring interface work queues and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
