Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of payroll and core HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central and ECP, along with experience in integrations and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Manage and optimize Employee Central and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules and other SAP/non-SAP systems
• Perform system testing, payroll validation, and issue resolution
• Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong focus on Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central and payroll configurations
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, schemas, and compliance requirements
• Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware tools)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll/system issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (ECP / Employee Central)
• Experience with global payroll implementations
• Knowledge of HRIS data migration and data governance
• Prior experience working in a remote/global delivery model
