Responsibilities- Manage classified video conferencing infrastructure, including VTC systems, streaming platforms, and AV equipment.
- Ensure high availability and quality of service for meetings, events, and secure communications.
- Support integration with collaboration tools and provide user training as needed.
Qualifications- Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-6 years in an IT related field.
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with Cisco voice and network technologies.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco switches, routers, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and VoIP gateways.
- Ability to apply and manage QoS policies within Cisco environments.
- Experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including call routing, user provisioning, and feature configuration.
- Familiarity with SIP trunking, endpoint security, and patch management within a DoD-aligned security framework.
