Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce Core Platform expertise, hands-on Apex and Lightning development experience, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex and other Salesforce platform technologies.
- Build and maintain user interfaces using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, and SOQL.
- Develop and support custom Salesforce functionality, including Apex Classes and Triggers, Custom Objects and Fields, and Batch Apex.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical designs, and implement solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and views.
- Support integration efforts between Salesforce and cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience is required, including building, deploying, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications.
Technical Skills: Strong experience with the Salesforce Core Platform, Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration/customization is required. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts is also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and source control tools.
