Responsibilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed business and functional requirements across AI-driven products and services.
• Analyze, prototype, and validate Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases, translating business goals into actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to shape and refine the product roadmap.
• Assist in the development of AI workflow prototypes, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and user expectations.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and sprint planning sessions using Jira and Notion.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Lead and support client enablement, including requirements walkthroughs, feedback sessions, and product demos.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, business cases, and analytical reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Work with UI/UX designers (via Figma) to ensure usability and design alignment with business needs.
• Continuously monitor AI trends and emerging technologies, contributing to AI research and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role in a technology or AI-driven organization.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
