About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from estimating and preconstruction through completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for a construction professional with strong estimating, project management, and field experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plumbing and HVAC estimates and manage bid submissions.


• Lead preconstruction planning, procurement, scheduling, and project handoffs.


• Oversee projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.


• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, suppliers, and field teams.


• Identify and resolve project issues while supporting change order management.


• Provide leadership and guidance to project and field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial mechanical construction experience preferred.


• Strong commercial plumbing and HVAC estimating experience.


• Experience with preconstruction, project management, and/or site management.


• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.


• Experience managing projects valued from $500K to $10M+ preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and commercial skills.


• Willingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.


• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, BuildingConnected, or similar software is a plus.
