AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems. The ideal candidate combines software engineering skills with expertise in AI/ML, APIs, cloud platforms, and customer-focused solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
• Integrate AI services with existing enterprise applications and workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and AI pipelines.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and production-ready AI solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, cost, scalability, and security.
• Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Familiarity with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of software development best practices, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of AI agents and workflow automation.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying ML/AI models into production.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
