Position: Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Functional Consultant

Role Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Foundation, Project Budgets, and Project Control.
- Good understanding of project financial management, accounting flows, cost collection, revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, and project controls.
- Experience with Cross Charge, Intercompany, and Multi-Currency project scenarios.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion PPM configurations and functional designs.
- Experience preparing Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user-facing documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Finance, Project Management, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion PPM functional solutions aligned with accounting and project financial processes.
- Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules based on approved business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Prepare and maintain Functional Design Documents, configuration workbooks, business process flows, test scenarios, and training/support documentation.
- Support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, issue resolution, deployment preparation, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of PPM processes with Finance and project accounting functions.
- Provide functional guidance to business users and support process adoption through clear communication and issue resolution.
