Job Summary
Are you passionate about using data, analysis, and technology to improve loan quality and drive better outcomes across the mortgage lifecycle? The Single-Family Product organization is seeking a Product Analyst to help evolve Loan Quality Advisor (LQA) and Loan Closing Advisor (LCLA)-critical platforms that enable lenders to make confident, data-driven decisions and deliver high-quality loans to market.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic and technical partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, shaping product capabilities that reduce risk, improve data accuracy, and drive efficiency at scale. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your insights directly influence product direction and customer outcome.
Must Have:
  • 5+ Years of Senior level Product Analyst experience required.
  • Candidate must be technical with hands on experience working in XML and Json formats between services that communicate and integrate with each other and conduct analysis from that.
  • Agile experience creating stories, working with dev teams, and stakeholders requirements.
  • Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
Nice to Have:
  • Fannie/Freddie or fintech experience
  • AI utilization (team is leaning into AI use)
  • SQL scripting
