Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-driven solutions across the organization. This role bridges business needs and technical teams, ensuring AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from initiation to deployment
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
• Coordinate between data scientists, engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical project plans
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure data readiness, model deployment, and integration with existing systems
• Monitor project progress and report status to leadership
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across business units
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3–7 years of project management experience (preferably in tech or AI projects)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle (training, validation, deployment)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or MBA
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
• Experience with AI tools/platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure AI, AWS AI services)
• Familiarity with data engineering and cloud platforms
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations
