Seeking a Cyber Mission Force, 17E AIT EW/CEMA Instructor/Writer to support our Cyber team at Fort Gordon, GA.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate the 17E AIT EW/CEMA Course on Fort Gordon
Required Skills:
Graduated from an approved U.S. Army MOS-producing EW Course (i.e., 17E AIT, 29E2/3, 29A EEWQC, 290A WOBC, 17B EWQC, 170B WOBC) or an equivalent sister Service course.
Two (2) or more years of operational military EW experience.
Military experience with a CEMA and/or Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) background.
Possess knowledge of andragogical teaching methods to include the ability to recognize student mistakes, why they may have made those mistakes, and how to get students back on track from where they are.
Possess the ability to diagnose underlying student misconceptions and misunderstandings from the mistakes they make and then help them correct those misconceptions and misunderstandings instead of merely addressing the mistakes themselves.
Possess advanced presentation speaking skills (e.g., tailoring content and delivery for different audiences, presenting confidently to large or small groups, and using more creative approaches to presenting).
Possess advanced writing skills (e.g.,tailoring content and delivery for different audiences using Bloom's Taxonomy).
At contract start date, all 17E AIT instructors shallpossessa Secret Security Clearance.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
