Examinetics is looking for an Audiologist to join our Audiology Services team! This role will be a full time role on site at our Overland Park, KS office. The core responsibilities will be to guide our clients through their Hearing Conservation Program. Contributing to the overall growth and development of the department and company through support of service and product sales is a significant portion of this role.

Primary Responsibilities: - Provide support to external clients regarding OSHA hearing conservation and noise issues
- Provide supervision, training and updated guidelines to field staff
- Assist with CAOHC Certification and Recertification classes
- Conduct review of Worker Compensation hearing loss claims
- Perform audiometric data review and follow-up
- Provide professional Audiology consulting for clients, which includes:
- hearing conservation audits
- written programs
- employee education and counseling
- mobile operations support
- supervision /management training
- client technical support
- Work Relatedness Evaluations
- telephone consulting
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the department and company through support of service and product sales
- Actively participate in the development of department strategic planning and overall establishment of goals and objectives
Job Requirements: - Either an AuD in Audiology and/or a PhD in Speech & Hearing Sciences
- 2+ years of work experience with OSHA Noise and Hearing Conservation Regulations preferred
- State Licensure - Audiology
- Current certification with ASHA or AAA
- Certified Professional Supervisor by CAOHC preferred
- Certification as a CAOHC course director preferred
