Top 3 Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting & Sourcing: Source and hire top talent across all teams—with a primary focus on engineering—while building robust candidate pipelines from scratch.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Building: Create personalized experiences for candidates and build strong working relationships with internal hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Recruiting Strategy & Execution: Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, manage pipeline health, and proactively identify and remove hiring bottlenecks. Leverage data and recruiting tools to improve hiring velocity, candidate quality, and overall recruiting efficiency.
