Job Description:
Milestone Technologies is seeking a driven and experienced Scrum Product Owner to lead the product vision and delivery for an innovative technology program centered on Agentic AI. This program aims to elevate client business initiatives by supporting pharmaceutical industry partners with advanced AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-focused technology initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring alignment with business goals throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product increments.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team agility, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects evolving customer needs and delivers meaningful product enhancements over time.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and adjust priorities based on feedback and market changes.
• Champion the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions designed to enhance drug discovery, development, and commercialization processes.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decision-making and iterative product improvement.
• Facilitate strong communication and collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams to resolve impediments and optimize delivery outcomes.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality product releases with clear acceptance criteria and alignment to the overall product strategy.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of technology experience supporting and leading product development efforts of an enterprise level organization
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master / Product Owner with a strong understanding and practice of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Scrum ceremonies effectively and facilitate continuous team improvement.
• Strategic thinker who balances hands-on product management with long-term vision and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working with AI technologies, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
• Passion for driving innovative, impactful solutions that transform business processes in a regulated industry.
