You will design, iterate, and build high-impact AI prototypes, custom portals, advanced RAG frameworks, and agentic workflows to solve complex enterprise problems.

responsibilities:

• Rapid AI Prototyping: Design and build innovations, multi-agent frameworks, custom MCP skills, and RAG architectures tailored to solve acute business line problems.
• Business & Functional Immersion: Partner directly with business or functional teams to map out workflows, understand operational context, and identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency.
• Tooling Optimization & Reusability: Maximize ecosystem tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate prototype iterations while establishing reusable AI assets and skill standards.
• Architecture & Security Alignment: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to ensure prototypes adhere to baseline governance, safety, and data security standards.
• Smooth Operational Handoff: Document and package validated prototypes, prompt configurations, and architecture designs to ensure a clean handoff to downstream teams for production scaling.

qualifications:

Overall Career: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems design, or technical prototyping.

AI Prototyping & Agentic Frameworks: 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-augmented tools, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, or multi-agent orchestration systems.

AI-Assisted Tooling Literacy: Demonstrated fluency using advanced LLM-based engineering ecosystems (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot) to drastically accelerate software delivery cycles.

Domain Expertise: Prior background in the Insurance or Financial Services sector is highly preferred; direct exposure to underwriting processes is a massive advantage.
