Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience managing complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional team leadership.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and/or Azure DevOps
• Strong RAID management – Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
• Excellent stakeholder and client management
• Experience managing cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams
• Strong budget, resource, scope, and timeline management
• Experience with project status reporting and executive presentations
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SDLC and software development projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, Architecture, and Operations teams
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
• Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings
• Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for leadership
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage vendors and third-party teams when required
• Maintain project documentation, governance, and compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PMI certification
• CSM / SAFe / Scrum Master certification
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Telecom
• Strong experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
