designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FSM solutions, focusing on work order management, scheduling, mobile workforce enablement, and integration with S/4HANA, requiring skills in configuration, business process analysis, and user training for improved field service efficiency. Key tasks include solution architecture, integrating with SAP Service Cloud/CPI, optimizing workflows for dispatchers and technicians, and providing end-user support, with roles ranging from consultant to lead/architect.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Design: Lead FSM implementation projects, conduct requirement workshops, and design scalable solutions.
Configuration & Customization: Configure FSM modules (Work Order, Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobile Workforce) and customize for specific needs.
Integration: Integrate FSM with SAP S/4HANA, Service Cloud, CRM, and external systems using SAP BTP/CPI.
Process Optimization: Improve service efficiency, optimize resource planning, and enhance workforce utilization.
Mobile Enablement: Configure and support the FSM mobile app for iOS/Android.
Testing & Training: Oversee UAT, provide end-user training, and create documentation.
Support: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical: SAP FSM modules, S/4HANA, SAP BTP/CPI, APIs, Fiori, Jaspersoft (for reporting).
Functional: Work Order Management, Resource Scheduling, Service Fulfillment, Time & Material.

Education: Relevant Bachelor''''s degree, SAP Certifications often preferred.
