Job Description:
Core Testing & Quality Engineering
Test planning, design, and execution for complex enterprise applications
Manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
Defect management, triage, and root cause analysis
Requirements analysis and risk-based testing
Agile and DevOps testing practices
Test Automation
Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites
Hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks, including:
1. Robot Framework (Must Have)
2. Playwright
3. Selenium
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Ability to develop reusable automation assets and improve test coverage through automation
Technical Skills
API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
Programming and scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
Version control tools such as Git and GitHub
Test management tools such as Jira or TestRails.
Build and deployment tools such as Maven or Jenkins
Communication & Collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience partnering with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project teams
Adaptability & Learning Agility
Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, technologies, and business processes
Experience supporting multiple applications, projects, or business domains
Demonstrated success transitioning between teams or initiatives with minimal ramp-up time
Ability to remain effective in dynamic environments with changing priorities and business needs

Performance and load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Cloud platforms (Azure)
Microservices and event-driven architecture testing
Kafka testing
Accessibility or security testing
Transportation, logistics, supply chain, or railroad industry experience
