Description
Provide Tier 1 through 3 technical support for end-user incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Active Directory, Printing infrastructure, company applications, and basic network connectivity.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for M365 configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new M365 features and enhancements.
Administer and manage core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Manage user identities, licenses, and security groups using Azure Active Directory (now Microsoft Entra ID).
Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security/compliance policies within Exchange Online.
Manage and secure SharePoint sites and Teams environments, controlling access and permissions.
Assist with M365 security best practices, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and basic Conditional Access policy administration.
Collaborate with IT Architects and the Cybersecurity and Compliance team to ensure M365 environment and procedures meet security audit and compliance requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or systems administrator role with significant exposure to Microsoft technologies.
M365 Expertise: Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Identity Management: Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory/Entra ID for user, group, and license management.
Operating Systems: Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Scripting (Bonus): Familiarity with PowerShell for routine administrative tasks in M365 is a plus.
Preferred Certifications (A plus, but not required)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
