Sr. Epic Project Manager

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced, leadership-oriented Project Manager to support large-scale healthcare IT initiatives focused on the patient consumer journey. This role will play a key part in strategic programs including Project Welcome and Project Goodbye, driving transformation across patient access and engagement workflows. This role aligns closely with Patient Access leadership, overseeing front-end revenue cycle functions such as patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and pre-authorization. The ideal candidate will focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing no-shows, and enhancing the digital patient experience through technology and process improvements. Candidate must be willing to travel on site once a month.

Required Skills:

Proven experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting Epic Revenue Cycle and/or EHR applications

Strong experience leading large-scale Epic implementations (Cadence and Patient Access strongly preferred)

Deep understanding of front-end revenue cycle operations (scheduling, registration, insurance verification, pre-authorization)

Background in healthcare IT project management

Demonstrated ability to operate at a leadership level, influencing stakeholders and guiding teams

Experience working directly with executives and senior leadership

Vendor management experience

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills:

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)

Experience with patient experience / consumer journey transformation initiatives

Familiarity with enterprise program structures and multi-workstream coordination
