Project Manager – Applications & Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience leading enterprise security and compliance programs across applications and infrastructure. This role will drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program planning, roadmap, and execution for applications, services, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Coordinate scope definition, gap assessments, risk identification, and remediation planning
• Drive audit readiness, including evidence collection, control implementation, and documentation
• Manage stakeholder communication across Security, Infrastructure, Application, DevOps, and Compliance teams
• Own project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables ensuring successful outcomes
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
• Align policies and processes (change management, access control, incident response, etc.) with organizational standards
• Track KPIs, provide status reports, and executive updates
• Establish continuous compliance and operational processes
• Support training and awareness across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of project/program management experience in security/compliance domains
• Proven experience delivering enterprise compliance or audit-driven programs
• Strong understanding of:
• Network security, system hardening, and encryption
• Identity & Access Management (MFA, least privilege)
• Logging, monitoring, and incident response
• Vulnerability management and testing
• Secure SDLC and change management processes
• Experience with audit coordination and evidence management
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

Nice-to-Have:

• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, CSM, CISM, CISA, CISSP
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with industry frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
