Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, talent acquisition processes, business process configuration, reporting, testing, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and support Workday Recruiting module.
· Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
· Configure recruiting business processes, job requisitions, candidate workflows, interview processes, and offer management.
· Support Workday enhancements, releases, and production issues.
· Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and recruiting analytics.
· Conduct system testing, UAT, and validation activities.
· Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders.
· Provide user training and documentation as needed.
· Support integrations between Workday and third-party recruiting systems.
Required Qualifications
· 5-8+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
· Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
· Experience configuring Workday Recruiting business processes.
· Experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
· Experience with Workday implementations, enhancements, or support projects.
· Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Workday Recruiting Certification.
· Experience with Workday HCM, Talent Management, or Integrations.
· Experience working in large enterprise environments.
· Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday security.
