Summary

We are seeking a Managed Services Solution Specialist for Application Support and Development who is passionate about leveraging AI-driven solutions and accelerators in crafting managed services solutions to enhance productivity, optimize complex business processes, and deliver measurable value to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring techno-commercial engagements/proposals for designing, implementing, and supporting applications within a managed services framework, while harnessing cutting-edge AI technologies to improve workflows, troubleshooting, and application performance. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft scalable, cost-efficient, and client-focused solutions. Req# Responsibilities Partner with clients during the pursuit/RFP process to understand their business objectives and challenges Advise on how AI and accelerators can solve problems and unlock value within managed services Present tailored recommendations and solutions to key stakeholders, effectively communicating both technical and business-focused benefits Ensure seamless knowledge-transfer processes with clients, addressing any training, enablement, and AI adoption needs Create proposals to design, implement, and support managed services solutions for application development and support, ensuring alignment with client needs and service delivery expectations Lead the incorporation of AI-powered tools (such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and machine learning accelerators) into application support and development processes to proactively address issues, enhance performance, and improve efficiency Analyze and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve turnaround times through AI-driven capabilities Solutions models should leverage accelerative tools (e.g., bots, virtual agents, and monitoring solutions) to expedite incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-driven frameworks and technologies that can be deployed to optimize application support and managed services delivery Work with the pricing teams to model commercially attractive solutions that ensure client centricity as well as meet profitability goals Advise and design service-level management strategy to deliver accountable service while mitigating commercial risk for EPAM Requirements Strong experience in application support and development within a managed services environment Hands-on expertise with AI solutions like predictive analytics, machine learning models, conversational AI (chatbots), and intelligent automation frameworks (such as RPA) Broad understanding of Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related technologies Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a passion for driving innovation through technology Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and interact with clients at all levels Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 12+ years of experience in solutioning/delivering managed services in application support, development 3+ years of experience in designing AI-powered managed services solutions Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies would be a plus (e.g., AWS Certified AI Engineer, Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals)
