Role: Sr. Product Owner – CPQ/Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

Location: Remote or dallas,TX

Own and drive the product roadmap for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes across sales, pricing, contracting, and billing.

  1. Gather business requirements from Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders and translate them into product features.
  2. Manage CPQ platform enhancements, product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and quote generation workflows.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order management, contract lifecycle, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
  4. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies.
  5. Analyze business performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize sales efficiency and customer experience.
  6. Ensure seamless integration between CPQ, CRM, ERP, and billing systems while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
  7. Lead UAT, release planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement initiatives for Q2C solutions.
