Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst in Merrimack, NH.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements
* Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and scalable solution designs
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to support Agile delivery
* Manage and prioritize backlogs, support planning activities, and drive delivery outcomes
* Analyze systems, workflows, and data to identify process improvements and solution opportunities
* Facilitate discussions around scope, dependencies, risks, and priorities across initiatives
* Validate delivered solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and quality expectations
* Support continuous improvement of enterprise applications and technology platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
* Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting Agile delivery teams
* Experience working with enterprise applications, integrations, and cloud-based platforms
* Experience with managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of backlog management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate complex business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and business teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
