Job Description
Client Expectations (2–4 lines):
The client is seeking an experienced Oracle CCB Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) applications. The role requires strong utilities domain knowledge, ownership of test strategy and execution, and leadership of QA teams to ensure high-quality, compliant releases.

Must-Have Hands-On Skills / Experience Highlights:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB)
End-to-end testing experience for CCB implementations and enhancements
Test strategy, test planning, and execution across multiple test phases
Functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
CCB EDI testing experience
API and service validation (manual and automated)
Defect management using JIRA, HP ALM / QC
Root cause analysis and defect triage
Utilities operations domain expertise
Team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder coordination
Exposure to test automation tools (Tosca preferred)
