Manhattan Test Lead

Position: Manhattan Test Lead

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced Manhattan WMS Consultant / Test Lead to lead quality assurance and testing initiatives for warehouse management solutions, with a focus on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and/or Manhattan WMOS.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Manhattan WMS functional knowledge with proven experience leading testing teams, managing end-to-end QA cycles, and coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Manhattan MAWM/WMOS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support initiatives.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and schedules.
• Lead SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and functional testing activities.
• Manage offshore QA teams and coordinate daily testing activities and deliverables.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and business users to ensure complete test coverage.
• Lead defect management, including triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing across warehouse applications and integrations with OMS, ERP, transportation, and third-party systems.
• Support release readiness, deployment validation, and post-production testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, testing efficiency, and overall quality.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or testing workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and/or Manhattan WMOS.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, distribution, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
• Proven experience managing SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and execution reports.
• Strong defect management and test reporting experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing offshore/onshore QA teams.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
