Required experience:

10+ years of experience in technical documentation, with a strong focus on APIs

Proven experience documenting REST APIs, endpoints, schemas, authentication, and error handling

Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation

Experience working alongside engineering and security teams

Familiarity with compliance-driven documentation (SOC 2 is a big plus)

We're looking for a senior API Technical Writer with strong experience documenting both existing and newly built APIs. This role will play a key part in improving developer-facing documentation while supporting SOC 2 implementation efforts.
