Summary
Title: Workfront Developer
Location: USA | Remote
Contract: 6 Months
Description
Client is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Developer to design, configure, and optimize our enterprise work management platform. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable Workfront solutions, supporting global life sciences and healthcare marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in automating workflows, integrating third-party systems using Workfront Fusion, and ensuring the platform supports strict compliance and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration: Design and administer the Adobe Workfront environment, including the setup of portfolios, programs, projects, custom forms, and request queues.
Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with other enterprise systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Veeva, CRM platforms).
Compliance & Governance: Configure Workfront to support Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes, ensuring all workflows adhere to life sciences compliance standards.
Reporting & Analytics: Build advanced custom reports and dashboards to track project health, resource utilization, and campaign performance for global stakeholders.
User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot integration issues, and train end-users on Workfront best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workfront Developer or System Administrator.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Adobe Workfront Fusion, RESTful APIs, and data formats like JSON/XML.
Industry Knowledge: Experience working within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated marketing sectors is strongly preferred.
Certifications: Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Workfront Fusion Developer certification is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
