Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to define and drive enterprise-wide AI strategy and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud-native deployments, along with hands-on experience implementing Responsible AI practices at scale.

This role requires both strategic vision and strong technical execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define and create overarching AI solution architecture across enterprise initiatives.

• Establish the vision and roadmap for AI programs.

• Define AI governance standards, guidelines, and architectural best practices.

• Provide thought leadership on GenAI adoption across business units.

Generative AI & LLM Expertise

• Architect and implement solutions leveraging:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • Prompt engineering frameworks

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

• Design and manage vector database integrations.

• Evaluate and integrate AI products and tools aligned to enterprise needs.

Cloud & Deployment

• Lead AI deployments across cloud platforms.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability AI architectures.

• Optimize performance and cost for AI workloads.

Responsible AI & Governance

• Develop and implement Responsible AI strategies, including:

  • Bias mitigation

  • Model explainability

  • Compliance & risk controls

  • Ethical AI frameworks

• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security and regulatory standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Security, and Business stakeholders.

• Mentor teams on AI architecture standards and best practices.

• Lead design reviews and architecture governance forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in AI architecture and engineering.

• Deep expertise in:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • AI/ML frameworks

  • Vector databases

  • Cloud deployments

• Experience designing enterprise AI standards and governance frameworks.

• Strong understanding of scalable AI solution architecture.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing RAG-based architectures.

• Exposure to AI model lifecycle management and MLOps.

• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
