Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM / TM Consultant with expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM), and Materials Management (MM-IM).
The candidate will support SAP S/4HANA implementations, warehouse and transportation processes, system integration, configuration, testing, and production support. The role requires experience working with business stakeholders, defining functional requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting end-to-end logistics operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. SAP EWM – Extended Warehouse Management
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA EWM in embedded and decentralized environments.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
- Support goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, wave management, replenishment, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
- Configure warehouse structures, handling units, RF processes, and warehouse monitoring.
- Support warehouse process optimization and continuous improvement.
2. SAP TM – Transportation Management
- Support SAP Transportation Management processes and their integration with warehouse and logistics operations.
- Work on transportation-related business requirements, process analysis, and functional specifications.
- Support integration between SAP TM, SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, and Logistics Execution.
- Assist with transportation and shipping process integration and troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing and resolving issues related to transportation and logistics integration.
3. SAP LE-WM and MM-IM
- Configure and support SAP Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, and Materials Management–Inventory Management.
- Support inventory movements, stock transport orders, shipping, and warehouse execution processes.
- Integrate warehouse processes with SAP MM, Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).
- Troubleshoot functional issues in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
4. SAP Integration and Warehouse Automation
- Support SAP integration with third-party logistics and warehouse systems.
- Work on ASRS and other warehouse automation integrations.
- Troubleshoot interfaces involving IDocs, EDI, ALE, web services, and SAP PI/PO.
- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
5. Functional Design and Implementation
- Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and fit-gap assessments.
- Prepare functional design documents and functional specifications.
- Configure SAP functionality based on business requirements.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.

- 12+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM and warehouse management.
- Experience with SAP TM and transportation-related logistics processes.
- Knowledge of SAP LE-WM, MM-IM, and integration with PP and QM.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
