Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience for an onsite role with the Florida DCF department in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable .NET applications
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    Maintain and enhance existing applications and systems
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
    Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
    Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    15+ years of experience in .NET development
    Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs
    Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks
    Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design
    Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture
    Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working with government or public sector projects
    Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Work Arrangement:

    Onsite role in Tallahassee, FL (No remote option)
