Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) design, development, customization, and support activities.

Design and implement end-to-end eCommerce solutions including product catalog, pricing, promotions, search, checkout, and order management.

Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CPI, SAP CRM, payment gateways, tax engines, and third-party platforms.

Develop and optimize APIs, web services, OCC integrations, and data synchronization processes.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.

Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and enforce secure coding and development best practices.

Monitor application performance, availability, scalability, and security compliance.

Support release management, deployments, testing, and change management activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support procedures.
