  • Conduct test reviews, mentor team members, and ensure quality of test deliverables.

  • Coordinate with software, hardware, systems, validation, and customer teams to resolve technical issues and achieve project objectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS), architecture, system integration, and validation.

  • Experience with Sys4 and Sys5 system integration and validation.

  • Requirements analysis, interface specifications, test traceability, and test coverage.

  • Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL scripting, and UDS diagnostic tools.

  • HIL setup, configuration, and testing.

  • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.

  • Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, defect lifecycle management, and release readiness.

  • Test strategy development, test automation framework ownership, and validation planning.

  • Strong technical problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Experience in test reviews, mentoring, and technical coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in automotive system validation and embedded testing is preferred.
