Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in S/4HANA FICO, including Group Accounting and Group Reporting, to lead large-scale transformation programs and design enterprise-level SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial domain expertise, architectural leadership, and proven experience working across multi-vendor environments (including Big 4 and global system integrators).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP S/4HANA architecture design and enterprise transformation initiatives
Drive FICO, Group Accounting, and Group Reporting solution design aligned with business and financial reporting requirements
Define and govern enterprise IT architecture strategy across SAP landscapes
Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and multiple vendors (onshore/offshore)
Oversee integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
Provide technical and functional leadership across implementation and delivery teams
Manage and coordinate with multiple vendors, including Big 4 consulting firms, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence

Key Requirements:
15 20 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in FICO and Group Accounting
Hands-on experience with Group Reporting, RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting), and MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity)
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs
Strong enterprise architecture and solution design background
Experience working in multi-vendor environments (Big 4 / large SI partners)
Experience managing onshore and offshore teams
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Broad SAP exposure across modules with strong integration knowledge
Experience working with global teams and large enterprise clients
