Summary

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB processes.
Strong understanding of CMDB data modeling and configuration.
Experience with CMDB Health, Data Certification, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Knowledge of CMDB Normalization, Identification, and Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
Experience developing Service Catalog items and workflows.
Integration experience using SOAP and REST APIs.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in CSDM-led CMDB implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with automated CMDB population and maintenance processes.
Strong reporting and dashboard development experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
